Parts Coordinator – Fix Auto Gladstone

Location: Gladstone, Gladstone & Central QLD

$30 – $40 per hour

Fix Auto Gladstone is a well-established Smash Repair business located in Gladstone, Central Queensland.  We pride ourselves in carrying out high quality repairs and providing a high standard of customer service. We have a positive workplace culture and value all team members.  We are currently seeking Parts Co Ordinator to join our team. 

Full Time:  Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4pm and Fridays 7:30am to 2pm

Requirements

• Current Australian Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Order and coordinate parts to ensure each job starts on time.
• Create purchase orders order parts through approved systems, email, or phone.
• Order supplementary parts for on-site jobs and follow up overdue items.
• Distribute parts to panel beaters.
• Check incoming parts, paint, and consumables against delivery dockets/invoices for accuracy and or damage.
• Liaise with suppliers about damaged or incorrect parts, including returns, replacements, and credits.
• Labelling all parts after checking for damage and storing in allocated area.
• Order and manage workshop consumables, maintaining best-value pricing and supplier performance.
