    Everything about my experience with Ly was brilliant. He actually fixed my car and with no additional parts, which in my mind was masterful (and affordable!)

    If I could give 6 stars I would.
    Fix Automotive are amazing. Not only is there work fantastic, but their communication with me was first class.
    I crave for decent customer service, and I got this in spades.

    Rob and his team were honest and explained the whole process of what needed to be done with my car. As I have a silly European car, Rob had to break the sad news that the delivery of parts would take up to 6 weeks. Not an easy message to receive.

    However, the parts arrived early, and I was immediately notified that my car was being repaired. At each step of the process, I received a message that it was in the next stage of repair.

    Whenever I rang for an update, I always had a cheery voice on the phone and when I arrived at the office, I was greeted with a warm smile, a congratulations and genuine conversation.

    My car sparkled and looked like new.

    Awesome from start to finish. Great on the phone, provided me with information that was relevant and were very open to me coming down to discuss with them my concerns. Felt heard and listened to and then provided accessible solutions to my problem. Honestly great team that went above and beyond. Following a car accident I was stressed and hadnt gone through the process of assessment and repair. Not keen on doing it again by any means but if youre stuck give these guys are honest and reliable.
