Small repair from a tail end hit through the at-fault drivers insurance just repaired. Repair looks great but the service from the whole team, especially Rosie made the whole process feel a lot smoother than it actually was (At fault drivers insurance took their time!). Fix Auto was so patient and helpful - thank you.

The staff are excellent and provide an A1 service. Our car had a reasonable amount of damage after an altercation with a bollard and it came back as good as new after only a week. They run a professional operation and I commend them on their business.

My car was taken here under my insurance after an accident. Front end was mildly damaged cosmetically. From the time the car was received in the yard I was notified and given a estimated time frame of completion. Had to call the business in the final week to organise collection etc as I had a hire car from elsewhere. They always had time to answer my questions and transparent. Nothing hidden when giving me information.
Rosie on the service desk was FANTASTIC, after multiple phone calls and questions she still had the same level of care through out the process.
The car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely use this service personally in the future.
