he found that my hood got some paint manufacturer defects, bravo
he found the actual problem that i didn’t notice.
My Durango got rust already after 3 months of owning due to bumper defects the gaps are worst took me long time to bother Cooksville to get it fix they tried to trick me that wasn’t existing before the gaps lol. After 4 months they end up fixing it they got run out of excuses, and I end up going to omvic reporting that dealership and they fix it finally after 4 months. Never going back there again !! Everytime I go there my Durango will have some problem.
I got this car from Dodge Cooksville 2024 Durango GT too many problems when I got it, front bumper gaps after 3 months starts to rust the right fender etc and they’re not easy to go through with warranty too many Bs words back and forth not like Downsview Dodge they’re very easy on warranty work and honest. Since then I will start going to downsview dodge from now on never on Cooksville dodge shame on them.

2024 Durango GT only 12K ODO I got it brand new I got all the warranties because that’s what the cooksville sold me all of them and not welling to do my warranty with them they even quote me for my bumper gaps they claim it to me that I damage it, and to pay on my own pocket shame on them.
Period the car they give me from Cooksville
I know they’re aware that there’s a lot of defects, Many stuff was not working when
I got it and some scratch, bumper gap turns to rust, cargo light not working etc.
I WONDER WHAT IS THE OTHER PROBLEM IS HIDING HMM

on Cooksville shame on them salesman are nice you know why guys lol.
And service department Awful service they’re not listening to you making you believe it’s not covered under warranty and words of “OH THAT DID NOT EXIST” when you pick up the car and paying out on your pockets, good thing I took pictures I have a record. During picking the vehicle didn’t much have time to check out the brand new Durango salesman was on my side bothering me showing the tech etc smh . Grateful on my pictures I can watch it back.
Save the time and money go to Downview Dodge for warranty works AJ is the right person.
